There is a definite feminist angle with Disney films since MCU and SW got going for them. In their SW, I can't think of a single male character in the films that looks cool throughout. Think about Han and Luke in the OT. They were funny or foolish at times but still were cool enough to emulate. Not in Disney Wars though. Not a single character I'd want to be. Kylos a brat, Hux a lackey, snokes a red herring, Rey is op, Leia and Han are just wrong, and chewie isn't a real character anymore. Luke is a failure AFTER facing Palpatine and Vader?!? Poe is too generic. Finn is more Jar Jar than Jar Jar. Rose is forced as hell. Same with admiral dildo, I mean Lesbo. I mean Hilldog. Holdo is an example of deep conditioning. Look up how the CIA works in HW for propaganda and subliminal messages.

I personally don't see how Han and Leia would break up over Kylo. Vader was her dad. I think Han could put up with Kylo or at least expect it.

I love you he OT most, but I still admit it's overrated when it comes to acting and dialogue. I love it's style, and I get it and accept it. But I can admit it's not perfect or flawless.

Oh man, when Cujo claimed the EU is nothing now it pains me. Disney is fan fiction. That old Eu is the true canon. And Han is badass in the EU. So is Luke. And Leia. It's so much better than Disney's mediocrity.

Lucas also has Masonic imagery with Yoda and the Jedi being sort of samurai Templars. And the duality. That's Masonic but also a range of belief systems of course.

Sorry Steve, the prequels are deeper than you apparently can see. Look at how George Lucas showed us how a tyranny begins. How a good flawed person falls from grace. And I love that he kept the dialogue in the Flash Gordon style he was going for since ANH. It's why he changed Han shooting first. He wanted it to feel like those old serials and I love his version of SW. Over the top whimsy with used sci fi tech.
