Here in the US we had some "new" o ring styled figures at sporting goods stores and Walmarts. They were Bass Pro Shops brand 3 3/4" o ring figures and camping, fishing, and hunting gear and vehicles. I got a boat plane, fishing boat, canoe, raft, and kayak plus a Hummer and two ATVs plus plus some animal figures with zero articulation. The figures weren't as nice as Joe's but still good for civilians.

I'm one of the people that collects the 90's Star Wars figures. But not all of them of course. Just mainly aliens, droids, and vehicles. The main cast and troopers I get from the newer vintage collection with super articulation. And the only figures that were bad were the first wave. Those are the supposed Motu styled figures. After that wave there weren't any bad sculpts just the lack of articulation.
