We finally have a chat with the most exciting name in action figure design today, Mr Bobby Vala of Valaverse.com and the Action Force Kickstarter. We reflect on his incredible journey and what will no doubt be the first chapter in a storied career of independent toy production.
As of this episode's publishing, there is one week to go to show support and bring these glorious toys into existence so head on down to https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/actionforce/action-force
We wouldn't be underselling it to say that action figure fans everywhere are very fortunate to have a man this passionate, talented and caring working in toys today.

The only way he'll actually help the community is if these are under $20 but you know he won't. Hasbro ruined the six inch scale market by overcharging for the two other best franchises, SW and Marvel. And this guy's acts like the design process is harder than it was for marvel legends. It's digital sculpting and the mold is made with an automated process. I like what he designed, but these aren't hand sculpted. Digital automatically makes the opposite side for you. It's easier. And prototyping is way simpler with 3d printing. If these Indy toy makers were actually helping us, the collector/customer, they'd focus more on keeping the price per figure down like Hasbro used to do with 80's Joe's.
